Atul Patel, Chief Executive Officer
Atul Patel has over 9 years experience in strategy and product development, implementation and analytics of Internet, video and mobile advertising and lead generation. He has served as an advisor to various startups and enterprises in the area of monetization optimization of digital advertising. He is currently a director of CPM Advisors, Inc., a banner advertising network, which he was instrumental in founding. Atul co-founded LeadROI, a lead management system for financial services companies, the sector spending more in Internet advertising in 2007 than any other. LeadROI was sold to MediaWhiz Holdings in 2008. Before LeadROI, Atul was with Countrywide Financial Corporation, where he served in various roles including lead generation, acquisition and marketing analytics. Atul earned his bachelor's degree in economics, with a specialization in computing, from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Spencer Scott, Chief Revenue Officer
Spencer Scott brings more than 15 years of business development experience to OneScreen. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Adverplex, Spencer oversees the prediction, execution, and production of individual revenue streams. Prior to joining Adverplex, Spencer was Director of Business Development at Affiliate Media Network, Inc. where he led the development of the lead industry's first transparent lead exchange. Prior to AMN Spencer was CEO and founder ColoAccess, a collocation consulting company. He spent the earlier years of his career as a sales executive at Verizon and MCI. Spencer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Francesco Tognoli, Chief Financial Officer
Francesco Tognoli served as controller at Bayer Euroservices, where he focused on profit center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, assets and records accounting, overhead management and income statement preparation according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.Prior to that, Francesco served as an auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Barcelona, Spain. His responsibilities related to the financial authority of the company, including search and selection of international business partners. Francesco also oversaw the Purchasing Department at Grupo Travi, one of the leading property management groups in Barcelona and Catalonia, while negotiating contracts and services. Advanced in both Spanish and Italian languages, Mr. Tognoli is a graduate of Universita' degli Studi dell' Insubria di Varese, Italy.

Nada Usina, Director
Nada is currently at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she focuses on senior level recruiting assignments in media, entertainment and convergence including traditional, and online and mobile media and technology companies in both entertainment and sports. Her clients range from Fortune 500 to venture capital and private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Nada was a leader in the new media and mobile industries having managed multiple profitable business ventures in sports and entertainment, many of which leveraged the emergence of new technologies. She served as President of publicly-traded JumpTV, which merged with Neulion to become the world's leading online video and IPTV multi-platform provider. Prior to joining JumpTV, Nada was President of XOS Broadband Network, which was acquired by JumpTV for $60.25 million in September 2007. Prior to XOS, she served as General Manager and President, Nokia CaMs; General Manager, North and South America for Nokia's entertainment and media business; and as Director of Yahoo!'s entertainment business development and sales programs, where she worked with studios, networks, broadcasters, music labels, game publishers and advertisers. Nada also led the sports business and marketing teams at Broadcast.com, which was acquired by Yahoo! during her tenure.

Jan Rennar, Advisory Board Member
Jan Renner is a New York media executive and entrepreneur currently serving as the CEO of driverTV, a digital video automotive network he founded with Radical Media and recently sold a significant equity stake in to NBC Universal. Comcast is an original equity holder. Under his leadership, the company pioneered cable VOD and online video ad platforms for the automotive industry. Jan is a 7-year veteran of Time Warner Cable and Turner Broadcasting where he was part of the original teams that launched NY1 and TNT. As General Manager of Time Warner Cable's Interactive Marketing Group he oversaw commerce and advertising strategies for Road Runner and the company's other advanced advertising platforms. In this role he also conceived and launched BeepBeep.com, a nationwide automotive web-based lead generation and classifieds business that has become an integral part of Time Warner Cable's $750 million advertising business. Jan also served as SVP, Sales and Marketing at Time Warner CityCable Advertising. At Turner Broadcasting, he was part of the original sales and marketing team that launched TNT. Jan was also SVP and Managing Director of Initiative Media Worldwide, running sales and marketing for the company's $750 million NY office. He was the founder of Interactive Music, Inc, an online music company he took public and then sold; and Streetbeam, a joint venture with CBS Outdoor that enabled outdoor advertising displays with wireless interactivity. He is a former ADWEEK "Interactive Marketer of the Year." Jan is a graduate of Queen's College, City University of New York.

Gokul Rajaram, Advisory Board Member
Gokul has been an Advisor to OneScreen since July 2009. Gokul is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chai Labs, an Internet services startup which was recently acquired by Facebook. Gokul has extensive experience across a broad range of Internet technologies, including video, contextual, search, and mobile advertising. He served as Product Management Director of Google AdSense from January 2003 to November 2007. Gokul was instrumental in the launch of Google AdSense for Video, which provided video publishers the ability to embed contextual ads directly into their video players. He also helped drive a number of Google's acquisitions, including DoubleClick, AdScape, and dMarc. Gokul has held diverse roles at Onetta and Sycamore Networks. Earlier in his career, he served as Technical Architect of Juno Online, where he developed the back-end advertising system that drove much of Juno's revenues and helped it go public in 1999. Gokul has been on the boards of directors of MarketShare Partners Inc. since July 2008 and Tumri Inc. since January 2008, and serves as an Advisor to DeviceVM Inc. He received the President's Gold Medal for being Class Valedictorian at IIT Kanpur, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Computer Science from UT Austin, and a BTech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.

Kai Gray, Advisory Board Member
Kai is currently Senior Director of Operations at Carbonite, a company that provides online backup services to consumers and that has backed up more than 25 billion files. Prior to Carbonite, he was the former director of operations of Maven Networks, where he gained valuable insight into digital video. At Maven Networks, Kai's role involved managing infrastructure, software features and enhancements, large-scale client implementations, and other aspects of technology and business operations. Having been instrumental in Maven's rise in the digital video market, he understands all aspects of digital video, including syndication and monetization. Maven Networks' core business model involved managing, distributing, and monetizing online video content for major media companies such as SonyBMG, Fox News, Gannett, Financial Times, CBC, and HBO. Kai has also served in an operational role at supply management software provider, SupplyWorks, during its acquisition by Intuitive Manufacturing Systems. He received his M.S. in Engineering Management at Tufts University, and a B.S. in Management at Boston University.

Christine Birch, Advisory Board Member
Christine is currently the president of marketing at Dreamworks Studios. Reporting directly to the co-chair-CEO Stacey Snider, Christine works with Disney, a producer and marketer of DreamWorks pictures, and previously managed the Paramount relationship. At Sony, Christine most recently served as executive VP of creative advertising, responsible for all creative aspects of campaigns for "The Holiday," "Hitch," "The Grudge" and "Something's Gotta Give," among other titles. She was also senior VP of marketing at Sony, playing a key role in restructuring the studio's worldwide marketing operation, designing and managing the worldwide marketing strategy for films including "Stuart Little," "Big Daddy" and "Charlie's Angels," which rapped Sony's first foray into global marketing. Christine began her career at TriStar and joined MGM/UA in 1990, working on the successful resurrection of the James Bond franchise. Christine earned her B.A. in English at Dartmouth College.

Dr. Bob, Advisory Board Member
Dr. Bob is an award-winning television correspondent, international traveler, sportsman, and medical doctor active in international humanitarian issues. Dr. Danger for MOJO on INHD is his latest television project, one which is a culmination of his wide ranging skills, experiences and passions. Dr. Arnot's broadcast career has included stints as foreign correspondent and chief medical correspondent for NBC News (including Dateline, the Today Show and the NBC Nightly News), chief foreign correspondent and special foreign correspondent for MSNBC News. He was health correspondent for CBS News (including CBS Evening News, CBS This Morning and CBS Morning News). Dr. Arnot has also been featured in national television specials on international health and humanitarian topics for Discovery Health, Discovery Military, PAX, the ABC Family Channel, BET and FOX. His broadcast accomplishments have earned him an Emmy Award, two Emmy nominations, the Overseas Press Club Award, the Dupont Award, and an award from Vanity Fair for "Best Embedded Reporter," Iraq Campaign. As befitting Dr. Danger, he was made an Honorary Blue Knight by the U.S. Marine Corps. Dr. Arnot was Founder and Chief of the Lake Placid Sports Medical Center; was physician and member of the Board of Directors for the US Ski Team; and physician for the XIII Winter Olympic Games. Originally from Boston, MA, he earned a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from Dartmouth College and his Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery from McGill University in Montreal.
