Management

Atul Patel, Chief Executive Officer

Atul Patel drives the company's strategy and is actively involved in all aspects of product and technology development, marketing, and partnerships. Atul has over 11 years experience in technologies related to Internet, video and mobile advertising and lead generation. He serves as a board member of XA.net, an advertising trading and buying platform, and LeadIntel, a lead verification and certification system. Atul co-founded LeadROI, a lead management system for financial services companies, the sector spending more in Internet advertising in 2007 than any other. LeadROI was sold to MediaWhiz Holdings in 2008. Atul was with Countrywide Financial, where he held roles in lead generation, customer acquisition and marketing analytics. Atul earned his B.A. in Economics, with a Specialization in Computing, from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Spencer Scott, Chief Revenue Officer

Spencer Scott manages the company's revenue planning and generation, including business development and account management, across all products and services. Spencer brings over 15 years of business development experience to OneScreen and makes building and managing relationships his top priority. Prior to OneScreen, Spencer was Chief Revenue Officer of Adverplex, a highly scientific search engine marketing solutions provider, powering lead generation revenue streams for many companies including Course Advisor, which was acquired by Washington Post in 2007. Spencer previously served Director of Business Development at Affiliate Media Network where he led the development of the lead industry's first transparent lead exchange. Spencer was founder and CEO of ColoAccess, a colocation consulting company, and spent the early part of his career at Verizon and MCI. Spencer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Francesco Tognoli, Chief Financial Officer

Francesco Tognoli handles all aspects of the company's accounting, financial reporting, and auditing. Having served in a variety of roles, Francesco brings over 7 years of diverse finance experience. As controller at Bayer Euroservices, he focused on profit center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, assets and records accounting, overhead management, and income statement preparation according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior to that, Francesco served as an auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Barcelona, Spain where he provided auditing services for several private and publicly-held companies. Francesco is fluent in both Spanish and Italian, and he holds a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from the Universita' degli Studi dell' Insubria di Varese, Italy.

Patrick Ting, Chief Technology Officer

Patrick Ting leads the company's technology capabilities overseeing the largest team at OneScreen. Patrick also directly develops for all of OneScreen's infrastructure and high-performance applications, including analytics, cloud computing, and system operations. Bringing 8 years of expertise across every major development platform, Patrick has a wealth of technical knowledge allowing him to wear multiple hats at the company. Previously, Patrick was the first technology employee and VP of Development at LeadROI, a web-based lead management software, which was successfully sold to MediaWhiz Holdings. He has also held roles at Diskeeper and Vivendi Universal. Patrick advises several startups in the advertising market around data management and highly scalable software development. Patrick graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Biff Burns, VP, Sales & Marketing

Biff Burns is responsibile for growing advertising demand through new customer relationships and market positioning with display networks, vertical networks, advertising technology companies, and other sources of advertising. Biff brings more than 30 years of Fortune 100 client-side, ad network and direct response sales and marketing experience to the company. Beginning his career at Liberty Mutual, Biff held a variety of marketing and communications positions including VP of Communications Services where he drove advertising and communication support for all of Liberty Mutual's Strategic Business Units. Biff also held senior management positions as VP of Marketing at Burst Media, one of the internet's first display ad networks; VP of Marketing at ContextWeb, where he helped launch the ADSDAQ Exchange, the largest, private contextual display ad exchange in the marketplace; and Senior Director of Business Development at Mercury Media, the country's largest private direct response television ad agency. Biff earned a B.A. in English Literature and Fine Arts from the University of Northern Colorado.

Neil Park, General Counsel

Neil Park heads all aspects of the company's legal affairs, including developing and negotiating company's commercial agreements, prosecuting and protecting its intellectual properties, and overseeing corporate governance. Prior to joining OneScreen, Neil provided legal services to several successful startup companies, giving counsel and representation in transactions, policy and litigation during all stages of their growth. Neil combines his educational background in corporate affairs, governance, and business planning with his previous practice background in civil litigation to provide legal insight in our relationships with our clients and partners. Neil earned his B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Neil is admitted to practice as a member of the State Bar of California.
