OneScreen offers a variety of benefits that make work fun, rewarding, balanced, and flexible.

  • Health Benefits: To make our employees' life easier, we pay a large portion of employee benefit premiums as well as a portion of any dependent premiums. This includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and short term disability coverage.

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible full-time employees receive up to six (6) weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Short Term Disability) to attend to the birth of a child. While an employee is on Paid Parental Leave, we continue to provide them with health benefits.

  • Vacation Days: We know that you need a break from passion and commitment. OneScreen offers ten (10) days of paid vacation. We also allow you to take unpaid days to accommodate for longer vacations and personal needs, within reason.

  • Holidays and Sick Time: OneScreen observes 7 paid holidays and provides its employees two (2) personal paid holidays to use freely. OneScreen encourages employees to allow themselves time to recover from an illness and offers six (6) paid sick days.
