Atul Patel
Founder and CEO
Atul Patel is the CEO and Founder of OneScreen®, a company committed to giving people more access to watch content where, when, and how they want. Atul has over 12 years experience in strategy and product development in video, display, mobile, and direct response advertising. He has served as an advisor to various companies in digital advertising. Atul is a founding team member of Optimal Inc (fka XA.net and CPM Advisors), a leading social advertising platform, and LeadiD, a lead generation trust platform that is changing the face of lead generation. Previously, Atul co-founded LeadROI, a lead management system for financial services companies, which was successfully sold to MediaWhiz Holdings in 2008. Before LeadROI, Atul was with Countrywide Financial, where he served in various roles including lead generation, acquisition and marketing analytics. Atul earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, with a specialization in computing, from the University of California at Los Angeles. Atul resides in Irvine, California, where he is married with two children. Atul is a frequent author, speaker and panel participant for IAB, Digiday, AdExchanger, Niche Digital, OMMA Global, and more.

Patrick Ting
Vice President of Engineering
Patrick Ting leads the company’s technology capabilities overseeing the largest team at OneScreen®. Patrick also directly develops for all of OneScreen®’s infrastructure and high-performance applications, including analytics, cloud computing, and system operations. Bringing 8 years of expertise across every major development platform, Patrick has a wealth of technical knowledge allowing him to wear multiple hats at the company. Previously, Patrick was the first technology employee and VP of Development at LeadROI, a web-based lead management software, which was successfully sold to MediaWhiz Holdings. He has also held roles at Diskeeper and Vivendi Universal. Patrick advises several startups in the advertising market around data management and highly scalable software development. Patrick graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Francesco Tognoli
Vice President of Finance
Francesco Tognoli handles all aspects of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and auditing. Having served in a variety of roles, Francesco brings over 7 years of diverse finance experience. As controller at Bayer Euroservices, he focused on profit center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, assets and records accounting, overhead management, and income statement preparation according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior to that, Francesco served as an auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Barcelona, Spain where he provided auditing services for several private and publicly-held companies. Francesco is fluent in both Spanish and Italian, and he holds a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from the Universita’ degli Studi dell’ Insubria di Varese, Italy.

Spencer Scott, Board Member
Spencer Scott is currently Vice President of Sales at leading mobile advertising platform, Fiksu. Spencer served in the early stage of growth at OneScreen, serving as Chief Revenue Officer for 3 years. Prior to OneScreen®, Spencer was Chief Revenue Officer of Adverplex, a highly scientific search engine marketing solutions provider, powering lead generation revenue streams for many companies including Course Advisor, which was acquired by Washington Post in 2007. Spencer previously served Director of Business Development at Affiliate Media Network where he led the development of the lead industry’s first transparent lead exchange. Spencer was founder and CEO of ColoAccess, a colocation consulting company, and spent the early part of his career at Verizon and MCI. Spencer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Jan Renner, Advisory Board Member
Jan Renner is a media executive and entrepreneur who most recently was the Founder and CEO of DriverTV, a digital video and cable TV network that was sold to NBC. Prior to that, Jan held senior executive roles at Time Warner, AOL, Turner and Initiative and founded 2 digital media companies with successful exits. He was part of the original launch teams at NY1 and TNT. Jan is currently advising some of the largest media companies on their digital video strategy as well as launching a collection of new niche video networks.
Gokul Rajaram, Advisory Board Member
Gokul has been an Advisor to OneScreen® since July 2009. Gokul is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chai Labs, an Internet services startup which was recently acquired by Facebook. Gokul has extensive experience across a broad range of Internet technologies, including video, contextual, search, and mobile advertising. He served as Product Management Director of Google AdSense from January 2003 to November 2007. Gokul was instrumental in the launch of Google AdSense for Video, which provided video publishers the ability to embed contextual ads directly into their video players. He also helped drive a number of Google’s acquisitions, including DoubleClick, AdScape, and dMarc. Gokul has held diverse roles at Onetta and Sycamore Networks. Earlier in his career, he served as Technical Architect of Juno Online, where he developed the back-end advertising system that drove much of Juno’s revenues and helped it go public in 1999. Gokul has been on the boards of directors of MarketShare Partners Inc. since July 2008 and Tumri Inc. since January 2008, and serves as an Advisor to DeviceVM Inc. He received the President’s Gold Medal for being Class Valedictorian at IIT Kanpur, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Computer Science from UT Austin, and a BTech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.
